Throwback Bot Privacy Notice

Throwback Bot reads posts in the 💡︱suggestions channel of the Throwback Studios Discord, so our team can see every idea players share.

What we keep

• A short summary of each idea (not your post itself)

• A link to your post

• Your Discord user ID, so we can credit you when your idea ships

• Counts: how many players asked for the idea, its 🧡 votes, and how many replies it got

The bot doesn’t read replies, and it doesn’t collect anything else from your profile.

How we use it. Only to see what players are asking for and decide what to build in our products.

Who handles it. The Throwback team, plus service providers that host our workspace and help us process and organize suggestions. We never sell it.

Deleting it. If you delete your post, we remove it from our list the next time the bot checks (within about an hour). To ask us to remove anything else, open a ticket in #file-ticket.

Questions or problems? Open a ticket in #file-ticket.

Discord is for people 13 and older, and so is this bot.
